Shipping Options and Delays
We offer free delivery to every My Lancôme members with any order of $85 and more.
Lancôme.ca ships via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only. Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Lancôme do not accept orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes.
Lancome.ca offers the following shipping options:

Business Days:
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the Canada. Orders received by 8:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day.
Hazardous Materials & Shipping Restrictions:
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) include aerosols and alcohol-based products and are required by the Canada Post to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we offer Canada Post Expedited Parcel at $6.95.
We do not ship outside the Canada at this time.
