Orders received by 8:00 am Eastern Time will be proc-essed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am East-ern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Canada Post - Xpresspost - $8
Delivery between 1 to 3 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Priority Courier - $13
Delivery between 1 to 2 days after the order date.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lancôme purchase, please contact our customer service at 1-800-LANCÔME (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the deliv-ery. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.
