Blush with beauty this winter

How? By oxygenating the skin! After all, it’s easy to forget that skin is a living organ. Here’s what you need to know to make sure that your face glows with stunning perfection, even during the dead of winter.

Recent studies show that the pollution we’re surrounded by every day, both in Paris and elsewhere, is getting much more harmful, as the tiny particles that make it up sit on the skin and generate many long-term side effects, including dehydrating the skin and diminishing it’s youthful glow.

1/ Massage your skin
A few minutes’ massage once a day can have the same revitalizing effect as a yoga class. To avoid forgetting, try regularly switching up your massage moves depending on your mood (think: plumping, smoothing or tapping movements). The only essential? Always make sure your massage moves upwards, from the bottom to the top of the face. Always breathe deeply from the stomach as you go.
