HOW TO APPLY
As a mascara primer base coat:
- Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes, but, do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.
- Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white mascara is no long visible.
- For optimal color, intensity and a false-lash look, apply two coats of eyelash primer to bottom and top lashes, before applying mascara.
