Membership is complimentary and you earn points every time you shop online at lancome.ca, connect with us on your social channels and share Lancôme with your friends. You can easily redeem those points online for the products you love. It’s as simple and rewarding as that.

How to Join
- Are there any requirements to join Elite Rewards?
All you need to do is fill out our form which includes providing your full name, your email address, and selecting a password. There are no other requirements to join.

Earning points
- How do I start earning points?
Your points add up beautifully and quickly every time you shop, share, refer and more.
SHOP: Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on Lancôme products.
SHARE: Earn 25 points for sharing a product review with the Lancômmunity.
REFER: Earn 100 points every time you refer a friend who signs up to Elite Rewards.
- Are there any products that don't earn points when purchased?
No, points can be earned on all products purchased online at Lancome.ca.
- Is it possible for me to lose points?
Yes, after 12 months of inactivity on your account, any points can expire. If you remove any profile information you already earned points for, including adding your phone number, address or newsletter subscription, this will result in a point deduction until the information is added again.
- What is refer a friend and how does it work?
Refer a friend is our way of expanding the Lancômmunity even further. For each new member you refer, you both receive 100 Elite Rewards points.
- I'm having trouble earning points for my activities. Who can I contact?

Redeeming Points
- How do I redeem my points for rewards?
It’s easy. Simply click "Redeem" on the reward catalogue page, and then follow the instructions at checkout. Digital rewards will also be on your confirmation page and My Activities page. We will mail any physical or partner rewards to the address you provided.
- What are my redeemable points?
Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem.

- Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?
Sorry, you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.
- Can I return a reward I redeemed?
Sorry, you cannot return a reward. So please make sure you double check the items in your rewards cart before checking out.
- Are there any limitations to the number of rewards I can redeem?
No, you can redeem as many rewards as your points will let you.
- I redeemed a reward, how do I use the coupon code to complete my transaction?
Once you use your Elite Rewards points to redeem a Lancôme product, you will receive a coupon link to use your reward.
Your Lancôme Purchases
- How do I earn points for my Lancome.ca online purchases?
To earn points you must be logged into your Elite Rewards profile. If not, then you will be unable to earn points for your purchases or for other activities.
NOTE: Points will be posted at the time when your order is shipped.
- How do I earn points for Lancôme Purchases made at other retail locations?
At this time, Elite Rewards is only available for purchases made online at Lancôme.ca.
- Can I still earn points for transactions made prior to joining the Elite Rewards program?
We cannot award points for previous purchases. You must have been enrolled in the program the day of purchase to earn points.

- What benefits do members receive?
The more you interact with us online, the more perks and benefits you receive. As you spend online, you climb through the tiers and unlock exclusive priviledges available only to Elite Reward members.
ROSE: $0-$149 spent online
GOLD: $150-$499 spent online
PLATINUM: $500+ spent online - How do I redeem my birthday reward?
On your birthday, you will receive an email to unlock exclusive access to your birthday reward. You can also find the reward in the Exclusive Offers section of your account, so be sure to keep your eyes open.
