My Lancôme Rewards is an exclusive, complimentary loyalty program designed to give you the benefits and rewards you deserve. Our program is designed in three tiers, with increasing benefits in each. You will earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on www.lancome.ca. Once you have earned points, you can begin to redeem rewards from our exclusive rewards catalog.

There are many benefits that members enjoy as soon as they join the program, including a member welcome point bonus, early access to new products and promotions, an annual birthday gift, complimentary shipping and more.

As a member, you receive exclusive access to a rewards catalog where points can be redeemed for exclusive Lancôme items and select bestselling products. Once you have enough points, rewards can be added to cart through the rewards catalog in “My Account” or at checkout. Items redeemed through our rewards catalog are complimentary plus the cost of shipping, regardless of tier status.

Your points will remain valid in your loyalty account for 12 months. After 12 months from earn date, your points will carry over to the following year if you perform any points-earning activity. If you are inactive after 12 months after last earning points, they will expire.

All My Lancôme Rewards members begin at the Rose tier. As you shop, you can unlock higher tiers based on your annual spending; Gold tier after spending $250 or more, and Platinum tier after spending $500 or more. Once you qualify for a tier, your status is valid through the end of the following calendar year. For example, if you reach Gold tier in March 2025, your Gold status will remain active until December 31, 2026. To maintain your tier, you will need to requalify each year by meeting the spending threshold for your current tier. If you do not requalify by the end of the calendar year, your status will be adjusted to reflect the tier that corresponds to your actual spending for that year, which may result in moving to a lower tier or returning to Rose.

www.lancome.ca purchasers will be reflected in your loyalty account up to 48 hours after your order ships.

Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for any other loyalty member. Once points are added to your account, they are non-transferable.

Points are earned on all purchases made on www.lancome.ca. Points are not awarded for purchases made outside of www.lancome.ca or in any retail stores.

Log in to My Account and update your information at any time. Additionally, you can view your rewards dashboard to check your member account details.

No, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the program at the time of purchase to earn points.

Loyalty points will be deducted from your account if received for a returned item.

A user is permitted to add an unlimited number of eligible rewards to their cart for redemption, subject to the explicit condition that the user maintains an adequate and verifiable point balance sufficient to cover the total point value of all selected rewards.

A user must make a purchase in order to redeem a reward item. In other words, cart value cannot be zero, a product must be purchased.

Products redeemed from the rewards catalog may not be returned; they are final sale.
