RÉNERGIE NANO-RESURFACER | 400 BOOSTER (Hereafter referred to as “device”) is an at-home device intended for using with Rénergie H.C.F.
Triple Serum to provide clinical tested efficacy without downtime. The device works with cartridges technology made of 484 ultra-precise tips.
It has 3-speed settings from 3 000 to 5 000 rpm to renew skin surface.
You must follow all the instructions in the user manual.

The system kit includes the following:
1 Device - 12 Refill cartridges - 1 USB charger cable - 1 User care guide - 1 Quick starter guide.

When using electrical device, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.
• Always turn off this device immediately after using.
• Do not use while bathing.
• Do not place or store device where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• Do not reach for a device that has fallen into water. Turn off immediately.

• Use the device on the face, on front neck area and on crow’s feet only. Avoid using on lips, eye area, lids and direct contact with eyes. See AREAS OF USE and USAGE INSTRUCTIONS.
• This appliance shall not be used by or on persons up to and including 14 years of age. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children. Device can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device.
• Do not use the device if you are pregnant or lactating. The devices has not been tested for safety on pregnant or lactating women and the risks are unknown.
• Do not treat a zone on your face more than 3 times a week (once every 48h at minimum). Doing this could result in increased risk of skin irritation.
• Do not use on infants or children.
• Do not operate on the same part of your face for more than 3 times, for no more than 3 seconds each time.
• Stop using the device and see a health care professional if you feel your skin becomes uncomfortable during treatment.
• Stop using the device and see a health care professional if you have skin redness that persists more than 24 hours after treatment. Failure to follow the warning may result in skin injury.
• Use of this device may cause discomfort or adverse effect to persons suffering from skin disease or inflammation of the skin and persons having an allergic constitution. Stop using it if any discomfort occurs.
• This device is not to be used on the parts where the integrity of the skin is damaged (such as burns, blisters, lesions, incision, wounds, active skin disease or infection);
• This device shall not be used by, or on, persons wearing implants not compatible with its use.
• Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
• Do not share the device & cartridges with other people. Sharing the device could result in cross-contamination from one person to another and may lead to other unknown effects.
• Do not use the device & cartridge to treat skin which has an active infection, acne flare or other skin eruptions.
• Do not use the device & cartridges to treat skin that is painful to touch, raised (high than surrounding skin), crusting or bleeding. This may be a sign of a more serious condition and should by checked by your doctor.
• Do not use the device & cartridge if you have any of the following conditions:
• Allergic to single crystal silicon
• Have diabetes (especially in the period of poor blood sugar control)
• Have scarring
• Skin disease (including cancer)
• Do not use the device if it is wet. Do not expose the device to water & prevent any water from splashing onto the device while it is plugged in. Doing this could result in damaged device and/or possibly fatal electric shock.
• Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged and never attempt to open or repair the device. Doing this could result in serious injury or possibly fatal electric shock.
• Do not insert any parts except the cartridge in the device head.
• Do not apply cartridge on the skin if the cartridge seems broken or cracked on the surface.
• Always disconnect the device from the supply before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Do not reuse the same cartridge after use. Throw away the used cartridge after each treatment.
• Only use disposable and cartridges recommended by the manufacturer.
• The device must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the device .
• The device contains batteries that are only replaceable by qualified people.
• WARNING: Adverse effects may occur if the instructions are not followed.
• WARNING: Prolonged or repeated application on one site may potentially damage the skin.
• WARNING: Do not use this device near bathtubs, showers or water-filled reservoirs.
• WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
• An appliance should never be left unattended when turned on.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer
• Never operate this appliance if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
• Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
• WARNING Never block the air openings of the appliance or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like..
• Never use while sleeping.
• Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.
• Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

• Do not use the device on any area of the body other than the face, front neck and crow’s feet area. Using the device on other areas of the body has not been tested and the risks are unknown.
• Do not use the device if you have a skin condition or are recovering from professional cosmetic treatments, such as a skin peel, skin resurfacing, injectable toxins or fillers. If the area of skin for which you are using the device appears to be worsening, you should cease use and check with your doctor to make sure you do not have a more serious condition.
• Only store the device indoors in a cool dark dry place at a temperature between -10°C and 45°C (14°F and 113°F). Only operate the device in an indoor temperature between 0°C and 40°C (32°F and 104°F) and avoid direct sunlight exposure. Do not drop the device on hard surfaces, as this could damage it.
• Only use the provided USB cable and/or AC adapter to recharge the device. Using different equipment could damage it. Do not charge the device under high temperatures above 40°C (104°F).
• The charging voltage of the device is 5V, please use a power adapter with a USB charging interface that matches this requirement. The output voltage of any self-carried power adapter should also be 5V, equipped with a USB charging interface, meeting the usage requirements of wall outlets locally.
• Caution: The user is cautioned that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
• This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
• NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. • If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Before first use, please charge your device. Allow approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
A fully charged device last for minimum 12 uses of 5-min.

Your device is rechargeable with the included USB charging cable. Insert the cable into the charging port at the bottom of the device and charge using a power adapter. The light
around the power button indicates the status of the device. Charge your device for 3 hours before first use.

Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive ones for full face, front neck and crow’s feet area usage. Avoid using on lips, eye area, lids and direct contact with eyes.

At Lancôme, we are committed to develop products that are suitable for all skin types. This device has been clinically tested on all skin types, including sensitive skin. Important before first use: We recommend you test the device on your inner forearm to ensure your skin is not uncomfortable. If a reaction develops within 24 hours after usage, you SHOULD NOT use the device. If you experience any pain, discomfort or redness in the treated area lasting longer than 24 hours, stop using the device and consult a healthcare professional.
NOTE: Repeat this test if you think your skin sensitivity may have changed for any reason, for example because of changes in your medication or other medical conditions.

Ensure you have no reaction or any skin effects before proceeding.

Disconnect the USB charging cable from the device charging port. The device will not work if it is plugged into the charger.
1. Clean and dry your face
2. Take your Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum. When using your Serum bottle the first time, dispense by pressing the pump several times until the 3 formulas appear. Mix well in the palm of your hand or on fingertips.
Apply on face and neck
3. Tear to open the sterilized pack and take out 1 cartridge. Insert it into the device prior to use. Each cartridge is designed for a single-use treatment.
4. Take your NANO RESURFACER | 400 BOOSTER and press the on button to start using the device. You will hear a beep and the device will start to vibrate at speed 1. Select speed level 3 by pressing +/- button.
5. Place the device head in contact with your cheek and move outwards in a circular motion to cover all area. Repeat for neck and forehead. Refer to ‘TREATMENT AREAS’ section. Repeat on the opposite side of the face.
6. Move the device to the targeted wrinkles and move outwards in a circular motion. Refer to ‘TREATMENT AREAS’ section. Repeat on the opposite side of the face. Avoid using on lips, eye area, lids and direct contact with eyes.In each application session, do not operate on the same part of your face for more than 3 times, for no more than 3 seconds each time.
7. After usage, turn off the device and remove the cartridge. The device will also automatically shut down after 5 mins of continuous use. To eject the cartridge pull the ejection sleeve towards the device’s head. The cartridge should self-eject without forcing. Do not eject cartridge while device is turned on. Never reuse a cartdrige.

1. Gently move the device outwards in circular motion.
2. Work on the half face at a time, then repeat on the opposite side of the face.
3. During the treatment, we recommend using the other hand to lift the skin.
TREATMENT AREAS indicated below.

IMPORTANT

• We recommend using the device on full face (except on treatment areas to avoid) and neck.
• Clinically tested results were achieved using speed level 3. Please note that results will likely be different at speed levels 1 and 2, as no testing has been done at those speeds.
• The device will beep regularly to remind you not to overuse on the same area. The device will turn off automatically after 5 mins. A short beep will indicate the end of the treatment.
• Do not treat a zone on your face more than 3 times a week (Allow 48 hours between uses). Doing this could result in increased risk of skin irritation.
• Do not operate on the same part of your face for more than 3 times, for no more than 3 seconds each time. Doing this could result in increased risk of skin irritation.

For first time users, use 3 times per week for 6 weeks, as more frequent use could result in skin irritation, Allow 48 hours between each use. You can complete 6 weeks treatment with 12 cartridges included in this box plus 1 refill of 6 cartridges.

• Use the device after applying Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum.
• Following treatment, apply your moisturizer. We suggest using Rénergie H.P.N. 300-PEPTIDE CREAM to moisturize your skin.
• Cartridges refill are available for sale on selected Lancôme counters and Lancome.com.

• Remove the used cartridge after usage.
• Do not store the device in direct sunlight.
• Only store the device indoors in a cool dark dry place.
• Transport storage temperature: between -10°C and 45°C (between 14°F and 113°F)
• Operating temperature: between 0°C and 40°C (between 32°F and 104°F)

To ensure optimal results, keep the device clean. The device and its accessories are not waterproof. DO NOT STORE WITH A USED CARTRIDGE STILL INSERTED. To clean the device, please use a soft dry cloth and wipe gently. Do not scrub and do not use water or harsh cleansing products.

Please dispose used cartridge in non-recyclable waster after usage.
This product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery which must be disposed of properly.
Contact your local town or city officials for battery disposal information.

The charging voltage of the device is 5V, requiring the use of a power adapter with a USB charging interface that matches this requirement.
If traveling internationally, you may need a plug adapter so that the charger can plug into the wall socket.

The device is designed to last at least the warranty lifetime. There are no parts other than the cartridge that need regular replacement.
The device is working properly if it functions as described in this booklet.
