MY LANCÔME REWARDS FAQ

My Lancôme Rewards is an exclusive, complimentary loyalty program designed to give you the benefits and rewards you deserve. Our program is designed in three tiers, with increasing benefits in each. You will earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on www.lancome.ca. Once you have earned points, you can begin to redeem rewards from our exclusive rewards catalogue.

There are many benefits that members enjoy as soon as they join the program, including a member welcome point bonus, early access to new products and promotions, an exclusive monthly gift with their purchase, an annual birthday gift, complimentary shipping and more.

As a member, you receive exclusive access to a rewards catalogue where points can be redeemed for exclusive Lancôme merchandise and select bestselling products. Once you have enough points, rewards can be added to cart through the rewards catalogue in “My Account” or at checkout. Rewards must be redeemed with a purchase on www.lancome.ca.

If your My Lancôme Rewards account is not used within a 12 month period to redeem, receive or earn points, your total points balance will expire due to inactivity. As long as points are redeemed, received or earned during the 12 month period, your points will not expire. You will be notified 60 and 30 days prior to expiration date.

Within a calendar year, members can achieve tier levels and immediately enjoy the benefits of that tier. Once a tier is reached, you will remain in that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, as well as the next 12 months (an additional full year). Your tier will then expire only if the required spend is not maintained during that calendar year.

Purchases made on www.lancome.ca will be reflected in your loyalty account up to 48 hours after your order ships. Points earned through other types of actions can take up to 3 days to appear on your account.

Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for any other loyalty member. Once points are added to your account, they are non-transferable.

Points are earned on all purchases made on www.lancome.ca. Points are not awarded for purchases made outside of www.lancome.ca or in any retail stores.

Log in to My Account at www.lancome.ca/en/my-account and update your information at any time. Additionally, you can view your rewards dashboard to check your member account details.

Loyalty points will be deducted from your account if received for a returned item.

No, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the program at the time of purchase to earn points.
